Overview

CABBI is now sharing the plasmids created and used to support research goals via BioParts.org. This website is a portal where publicly accessible biological part information can be searched and downloaded. Data from the Joint BioEnergy Institute (JBEI), the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), International Genetically Engineered Machine (iGEM), SynBioHub, and Addgene are also available. CABBI plasmids can be found from the Lab Collector Plasmids source.
